Universal Truckload Services’ Income Drops
Universal Truckload Services said its third-quarter net income plunged 68.6% to $1.7 million, or 11 cents per share, from $5.4 million, 34 cents, a year ago.
Revenue fell 39.7% to $128.5 million, the company said in a statement.
Universal Truckload ranks No. 39 on the Transport Topics 100 list of the largest U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
