Dodge, Nissan Set 2010 Truck Prices
Chrysler Group LLC announced that certain models of its new 2010 Heavy Duty Ram trucks will have lower base prices than comparable 2009 models.
Separately, Nissan North America announced pricing for its 2010 Titan pickup.
Chrysler said the base model 2010 Ram 2500 regular cab 4x2 with an 8-foot box with the ST trim level will have a starting price of $28,165, $1,970 below the 2009 model it replaces.
Additionally, Dodge said all 2010 Dodge Ram Mega Cab models are priced less than comparably equipped 2009 models. Mega Cab pricing starts at $36,865.
Pricing on the crew cab model Dodge is introducing next year starts at $31,415.
Dodge offers the Ram Heavy Duty in five trim levels; ST, SLT, TRX, Power Wagon and Laramie.
Meanwhile, Nissan North America, Inc. announced that pricing for the 2010 Nissan Titan XE 4x2 will start at $26,320 for King Cab models and $28,870 for the Crew Cab.
Titan 4x4 models start at $29,170 for the XE King Cab and $31,720 for the XE Crew Cab 4x4.
The Crew Cab SE Long Wheelbase model, which features a 159.5-inch wheelbase (versus the standard 138.9-inch wheelbase) starts at $30,970 for the 4x2 model and $33,850 for the 4x4 model.
