Trucker Path Launches Truckloads Freight Marketplace

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Driver app developer Trucker Path announced the general release of its Truckloads freight marketplace.

Shippers can use the platform to quickly access available trucking capacity across North America, while carriers can use it to find and book loads, the company said here at the Mid-America Trucking Show.

The application is available as a free download for Android and iOS devices and at

Prior to the general release, Truckloads was downloaded 25,000 times during a beta testing period.

Currently, 300 freight companies are posting more than 800,000 loads per month using the platform, with 325 more expected to join in the near future, Trucker Path said.

Trucker Path also is introducing a feature that lets carriers inform customers of their availability status. This new truck-posting feature was released March 30 on the Trucker Path app for Android, with a later release date planned for the Truckloads app and the iOS version of Trucker Path.
