Truck Master Warranty Appoints Joe Gelfo President
Truck Master Warranty and Specialty Administration Services has promoted longtime vice president Joe Gelfo to president. The announcement was made May 3 by CEO Jeff Dobish.
Gelfo has been with the Apollo Beach, Fla.-based company for more than five years, leading the sales department.
“It is his strong sales ability and dedication to customer service that made the decision to promote Joe Gelfo from within,” Dobish said. “He has been instrumental in every aspect of our business, as well as the expansion of our quality programs, plans and products into Canada.”
In a statement sent to Transport Topics, Truck Master Warranty said Gelfo will continue to lead the dedicated sales force it has in place. He also will be responsible for training new associates, dealerships and the continual development of warranty products.
Truck Master Warranty offers comprehensive service contract options, including training and full support to dealers. The company’s main business is the promotion and marketing of preowned service contracts.
