Aim NationaLease Announces Merger with Fleming Leasing
Aim NationaLease, based in Girard, Ohio, expanded its truck leasing and rental business in the Washington, D.C., area through a merger with Fleming Leasing in Springfield, Virginia.
“This will be a new region for Aim and a great opportunity to expand our footprint in a growing market,” said Geoff Fleming, business development manager for Aim.
Starting in January, Aim will take over operations at locations in Springfield and Manassas in Virginia and Landover, Maryland.
Fleming has operated for the past 12 years and has more than 400 vehicles under contract. Aim Integrated Logistics ranks No. 28 on the Transport Topics list of top dedicated contract carriers with 490 power units.
Aim officials said Kevin and Dan Fleming, owners of Fleming Leasing, will remain with the company in regional management roles. The two men are cousins of Geoff Fleming and nephews of Aim President Tom Fleming.
