ATA, Codega Produce Safety Video Program for Drivers

American Trucking Associations and Codega LLC have introduced a program to educate new truck drivers, focusing on safety concepts, rules and practices.

The ProTraining Safety Series 1 program is a series of four animated videos, workbooks and quizzes designed with drivers' day-to-day activities in mind.

The series is part of ATA Business Solutions, a line of information products, business tools, services, training programs and conferences specifically designed to address issues affecting trucking-related companies.

The videos in the series are "Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections," "Visual Search," "Hazardous Driving Conditions" and "Basic Intersection Control." DVDs can be purchased individually or together.
