AutoInfo’s Profit Grows in 2Q

Third-party logistics provider AutoInfo said its second-quarter earnings rose to $1.2 million, or 3 cents a share, from $608,000, or 2 cents, last year.

Revenue rose to $126.5 million from $79.4 million in the 2009 quarter, the company said in a statement Wednesday.

“As the economic recovery continues, we expect to continue to expand our agent network and broaden our transportation and logistic service lines as well as seek out other strategic growth opportunities,” said Harry Wachtel, president of the company.

AutoInfo operates through its subsidiary, Sunteck Transport Group.
