Boler Board Elects CEO Matthew Boler as New Chairman
The board of directors of Tier 1 manufacturer Boler Co. elected CEO Matthew Boler as its chairman.
Boler succeeds his father, John, who died in March.
Boler Co. is the parent of Hendrickson, an Itasca, Illinois-based manufacturer of suspensions, axle systems and other components for vehicles including heavy- and medium-duty trucks and trailers.
A Sept. 7 statement from the company said Boler’s election “ensures that the strategic direction of the company remains unchanged."
"Matt is committed to the continued pursuit of the vision he and his father shared in overseeing the future success of Hendrickson,” the statement said.
