Indianapolis-based truckload carrier Celadon Group Inc., which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and ceased operations Dec. 8, listed approximately $391 million in debt and $427 million in assets.
Here are the top unsecured creditors that are not company employees listed in Celadon’s bankruptcy petition:

- PS Logistics, Ensley, Ala., trade: $4.7 million
- Comdata Corp., Brentwood, Tenn., trade: $2.8 million
- Pilot Travel Centers, Knoxville, Tenn., trade: $2.5 million
- Trans Enterprise Leasing, Chattanooga, Tenn., lessor: $2 million
- The Simon Law Firm, St. Louis, litigation claim: $1.5 million
- Grant Thorton, Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., professional: $1.4 million
- Unnamed, litigation claim: $1.3 million
- Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., Akron, Ohio, trade: $1.3 million
- Comercializadora y Distribuidora Martinez y Martinez, S.A. de C.V., Nuevo Leon, Mexico, trade: $1.2 million
