Crane Worldwide Logistics said it has completed four acquisitions expanding its freight management and contract logistics services in Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
Houston-based Craned, which formed in August, said it has more than $125 million in revenue from 29 locations in 15 countries. It has acquired freight forwarding operations, including:
• McLean Cargo Specialists, Houston, and its integrated network of offices around the world;
• InterStar Global, Houston, with branch offices in Scotland, Brazil and Colombia;
• Magno International LP, Miami, with offices in Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico; and
• Qifan International Transportation Co., Shanghai, China.
