ORLANDO, Fla. — Decisiv has unveiled new services designed to help fleets and service providers streamline service operations.
Two of the services — among several the company discussed during a March 6 press event at the Technology & Maintenance Council 2022 Annual Meeting & Transportation Technology Exhibition — were built in partnership with original equipment manufacturers.
These services help the company expand its “ecosystem,” said Decisiv CEO Dick Hyatt. In the case of its SRM Case Estimator for Uptime Pro, data on vehicles from Daimler Truck North America has been added, including its Freightliner and Western Star brands. “We have developed some tools with them, and those will be rolling out over the next several quarters,” Hyatt said.

Prior to the show, Decisiv also introduced the Cummins Guidanz Connector..
“If you have a Cummins engine on your assets, you’ve got a little button on the Decisiv platform right now,” said Ralph Dimenna, chief revenue officer at Decisiv. “It takes you straight into the Cummins Guidanz. So that’s in that same ecosystem. You have all the information you need.”
Decisiv also revealed three new proprietary services that will be on its broader service relationship management platform.
The SRM Discovery Service Priorities Monitor provides fleets insights and analytics into internal and external service operations, and can offer immediate, actionable asset service and performance data, the company said.
“The Discovery Service Priorities Monitor is going to be a dashboard that any fleet can have and drill into,” Dimenna said. “It tells them what’s going on with all of their assets today, and how do [they] get eyes on what’s going on with any particular asset that may be down or maybe waiting or something.”
Decisiv also unveiled SRM Intelligent Maintenance, which is intended to streamline preventative maintenance and repair processes both internally and with outside service providers. The service, Dimenna said, allows fleets to “take control of scheduling and planning all of their preventative maintenance, pushing that into our ecosystem or managing them themselves, keeping eyes on all those service providers.”
The company’s SRM Total Service Management can bring all of these services together into a single place, Decisiv said, as an end-to-end service management platform for fleets performing their own maintenance.
“Total Service Management, which brings it all together,” Dimenna said, “is for those fleets that want to do everything and manage all of their service events — internal, external — all their assets on one platform. They can see everything that’s going on with their assets and ensure they’re getting the maximum performance out of them.”
