A. Duie Pyle Opens Service Center in Vermont
A. Duie Pyle, an asset and non-asset-based transportation and supply chain solutions provider, has announced the immediate opening of a new service center in Burlington, Vt.
“We currently service the Burlington area remotely, but it has been a priority for us to open a service center that would allow for Pyle to have a physical presence in the area to provide a higher level of service and flexibility to our customers,” John Luciani, COO of LTL Services at the company, said in the release.
The center features 16 dock doors and will initially create up to 10 new jobs in the area, per the release. It will be A. Duie Pyle’s 23rd service center.
The company, which services the Northeast, has been in business for 94 years. Its services include LTL, custom dedicated fleet operations, warehousing and distribution services and specialized services through its brokerage solutions. It boasts more than 3 million square feet of public and contract warehousing space. — Transport Topics
