The EPA announced March 15 that this program would pool money from a number of agencies — the Department of Transportation, the Department of Energy as well as EPA — to benefit mass transit, construction and the trucking industries, among others.

Bob Perciasepe, assistant administrator with the Office of Air and Radiation, is expected to provide additional details of the program. He will speak to industry and government representatives during the scheduled announcement in Washington, D.C.
