ESW CleanTech Acquires Cleaire Assets

ESW CleanTech has acquired the assets and product line of Cleaire Advanced Emissions Controls.

ESW makes verified on-road and off-road diesel emissions control systems.

Cleaire, which ceased operations in January, made diesel particulate filters, according to the California Air Resources Board.

CARB said it has been working with owners, installers and distributors of Cleaire products to provide continued support for Cleaire’s systems.

The board said in a statement that it will “continue to work with these parties as well as ESW CleanTech to ensure a smooth transition of ownership and continued product support.”
