Doug Duncan, president of FedEx Corp.’s less-than-truckload FedEx Freight unit, will retire in February, the company said in a regulatory filing Tuesday.

FedEx did not name a replacement for Duncan, 58, who will step down effective Feb. 28, the company said Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

Duncan has held the position since 2001, and was the first chief executive officer of FedEx Freight. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of Viking Freight, the Associated Press reported.
