Fleet Brake Agrees to Buy Pulse Heavy Duty

Fleet Brake Parts & Service announced it has entered into a binding letter of intent to acquire the assets of Pulse Heavy Duty, a parts distributor in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

The parties intend that the letter will be superseded by a formal definitive agreement with closure expected prior to Dec. 15, according to Calgary, Alberta-based Fleet Brake.

Fleet Brake will re-open the Pulse Heavy Duty location as a branch of its company.

Fleet Brake has 15 locations across Canada and features brand-name parts.
