Gasoline Drops 3.3¢ to $2.63

Gasoline fell 3.3 cents over the past two weeks to a national average $2.63 a gallon, according to the latest Lundberg Survey of fuel prices released Sunday.

Regular gasoline has fallen 10.8 cents since early January, analyst Trilby Lundberg said in her twice-monthly survey.

Mid-grade’s average was $2.77, while premium averaged $2.66, Lundberg said. The survey was conducted Friday.

The lowest price was in Cheyenne, Wyo., at $2.32, while Honolulu had the highest, at $3.33 a gallon.



The Department of Energy will release its weekly survey of diesel and gasoline prices Monday afternoon in Washington.
