GlobalTranz Buys California Brokerage, Logistics Company Our Freight Guy
GlobalTranz Enterprises Inc., a third-party logistics service provider, has acquired California-based freight brokerage and logistics company Our Freight Guy.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Our Freight Guy has been an agent of GlobalTranz since 2013.
“The industry-leading GlobalTranz technology platform combined with its back-office support have helped us grow tremendously while providing significant value to our customers,” Our Freight Guy co-owner and CEO Andrew Roth said in a press release.
The acquisition is GlobalTranz’s eighth since January 2017. The company maintains a network of more than 24,000 carriers and 25,000 customers. It ranks No. 10 on the Transport Topics list of the top freight brokerage firms. — Transport Topics
