A compilation of events thanking drivers during 2018 National Truck Driver Appreciation Week.
Groupe Biscuits Leclerc is recognizing the importance of trucking to the firm, as well as how difficult the labor shortage is for the industry, during this year’s National Truck Driver Appreciation Week.
Throughout the week, Leclerc warehouses in Canada and the United States will hang posters and banners. Also, any trucker who serves a warehouse in North America will receive a Leclerc product as a gift. The company’s product line includes cookies, snack bars and crackers.
“The logistics team wants to make sure carriers continue to love working with Leclerc for years to come,” company President Denis Leclerc said. “On behalf of everyone at Groupe Leclerc, we sincerely thank every member of the trucking industry who helps us send our products a little further out into the world each day.”
