Iteris’ Fiscal 4Q Income Slips

Iteris Inc., which makes lane-departure warning systems for the trucking industry, said its fiscal fourth-quarter earnings fell from a year ago, but turned around a loss in the previous quarter.

Net income for the quarter ended March 31 $479,000, or 1 cent per share, from $807,000 or 2 cents per share. Revenue rose 4% to $15.6 million.

Iteris had reported a $7 million loss in its third fiscal quarter.

For its full fiscal year, Iteris reported a loss of $5.2 million, or 15 cents a share, compared with a profit of $2.2 million, or 6 cents.

Full-year revenue rose to $35.7 million, from $31.7 million, Iteris said.
