Jim Palmer Trucking Emerges from Bankruptcy

Jim Palmer Trucking said it has completed the reorganization process and emerged from bankruptcy following an order earlier this month by U.S. Judge Ralph Kirschner.

The Missoula, Mont., truckload carrier, which specializes in refrigerated transport, filed for bankruptcy last July.

The company said in a statement that its plan had the support of all major creditors, including banks and equipment manufacturers.

The company has about 400 employees, the Associated Press reported.
