McLeod Unveils Automated Tools for Logistics Firms, Brokers
McLeod Software has introduced LogixSolutions eRate Confirmation, which the company said simplifies the rate confirmation process for brokers by creating an electronic form to capture, record and automate the workflow process.
The company, based in Birmingham, Alabama, said customers using its PowerBroker products can send carriers a web link to complete the rate confirmation. McLeod said the tool eliminates the need for further data entry, which saves customers time.
McLeod’s statement included comments from David Abell, an executive with A.M. Transport Service Inc., who called it “one of the most game-changing products that I’ve seen.”
McLeod also said the new LogixSolutions Carrier Onboarding product gives brokers an automated solution that offers carrier qualification and business process management. The tool eliminates paperwork via the Carrier Packet eForm, and the evaluation of prospective carriers is fully automated utilizing PowerBroker.
