Vector and McLeod Software have formed a partnership to accelerate fleet and billing operations for truck drivers and back office teams, Vector recently announced.
McLeod is a transportation management software company for carriers, brokers and shippers. Vector provides mobile capture and workflow solutions for the transportation sector.
“We’re incredibly thrilled to partner with the McLeod team,” Vector Chief Operating Officer Brian Belcher said in a statement. “There are very few technologies that can offer the boundless configurability and customization that McLeod has achieved.”
Vector said in the announcement that the partnership enables effortless deployment of mobile document capture and automated workflows that will be tightly integrated with a transportation management system.
Vector now becomes a certified partner of McLeod Software, which means it can deploy its mobile application alongside LoadMaster and DocumentPower applications. This streamlines document collection and accelerates billing and maintenance operations.
Customers that are using Vector’s mobile workflow application and McLeod’s DocumentPower application now are able to interface them to streamline the proof-of-delivery collection process to accelerate time to invoice.
Documents captured within Vector’s mobile workflow also automatically index and check into DocumentPower. Related order details from LoadMaster also can be integrated into Vector to eliminate manual tasks for the driver and support personnel. — Transport Topics
