Meritor Names Hannah Lim-Johnson Chief Legal Officer

Meritor Inc. announced Hannah Lim-Johnson joined the company as chief legal officer.
Lim-Johnson most recently was chief legal officer at Kelly Services, where she was responsible for leading the strategic direction of the law department and global security functions.
Lim-Johnson also held senior-level roles at PSEG, the ADT Corp. and Tyco International, and served as deputy attorney general for the New Jersey Attorney General’s office.

“Hannah brings more than two decades of experience leading high-performing legal teams and managing legal strategy for publicly traded companies,” CEO Jay Craig said in a release.
“Her extensive expertise in legal affairs and track record of success will be a great addition to the Meritor executive committee," Craig added. "We look forward to her joining the company.”
Troy, Mich.-based Meritor is a global supplier of drivetrain, mobility, braking and aftermarket offerings for commercial vehicle and industrial markets. It has 7,000 employees. — Transport Topics
