Omnitracs Offers Professional Services Suite

Omnitracs said it is offering a compilation of tools, resources and services designed to help fleet customers make fuller use of its technology products.

The company’s new professional services suite, which includes technical support and implementation and training tools, is aimed at addressing clients’ common fleet-management needs.

“Our Professional Services group underscores Omnitracs’ dedication to providing the necessary support to address our customers’ biggest concerns including safety, compliance, fuel efficiency, driver retention, fleet productivity and more,” said Mansoor Bajowala, vice president of professional services at Omnitracs.

The suite’s technical services include a data-retention tool that enables customers to store and access their fleet data, as well as integrations of workflows, navigation and hours of service.

Omnitracs’ professional services also help guide customers through the technology implementation process and provide ongoing support for deployments.



To better educate drivers, dispatchers, and other staff, Omnitracs also offers virtual training sessions and a virtual “learning lab” outlining the best practices for using the company’s products successfully.
