Penske Truck Leasing Hires CEI Group

Penske Truck Leasing Co. has retained accident management firm CEI Group to expand its capabilities for dealing with collision and claims repairs at its 16 North American collision repair centers, Penske said May 4.

Penske, Reading, Pa., said its new Claims InSite service is designed to expedite and organize the accident-management process for its full-service truck leasing customers. The service involves managing physical damage claims, identifying preferred repair facilities, securing payments from parties deemed at fault, and measurement and analysis of accident trends.

Penske ranks No. 7 on the Transport Topics 100 list of the largest U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers. It offers logistics services and truck leasing.

The company said the new service will be run through its collision repair centers spread throughout the United States, plus one in Burlington, Ontario.
