Quality Expects Fourth-Quarter Profit
Tank truck carrier Quality Distribution said it expects to post profits for both the fourth quarter and full-year 2011.
The company projected fourth-quarter net income to be in the range of $5.5 million to $5.8 million, or 22-23 cents per share. Revenue is expected to be about $178 million, the carrier said in a statement late Thursday.
For full 2011, Quality expects earnings between $23.5 million and $23.8 million, or 96-98 cents per share.
Quality Distribution is ranked No. 33 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
