Recordkeeping Comment Period Ends in November

Anyone who has an opinion about federal recordkeeping requirements for motor carriers has until Nov. 6 to tell the government about it.

Federal law requires government agencies to periodically inform the Office of Management and Budget about its paperwork requirements. consequently, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration must invite public comments on information collection requirements imposed on carriers.

OMB must grant approval for renewing the information collection activities.
