Redwood Logistics Acquires Eminent Global Logistics
Redwood Logistics acquired Eminent Global Logistics, a transportation management systems implementation and service company, according to a May 9 news release.
Terms weren’t disclosed.
Chicago-based Redwood said the addition of Eminent will bolster Redwood’s technology and consulting services platform through broader system expertise.
Eminent Global Logistics, located in Horsham, Pa., was founded in 2002.
