Roadrunner Transportation Systems has acquired regional logistics firm Integrated Services for $13 million.
The Kokomo, Indiana-based company is composed of ISI Logistics South, ISI Logistics and Integrated Services. The firm specializes in warehousing and transportation, especially for the automotive industry, Roadrunner said July 21.
In 2013, Integrated Services had revenue of about $21 million, according to Roadrunner.

ISI’s team, led by Mike Taylor, has done an excellent job building relationships with its customers through high service levels and creative solutions. We look forward to working with ISI’s team as we collectively pursue the growth opportunities available to the business,” Pat McKay, president of Roadrunner Truckload Logistics, said in a statement.
Roadrunner ranks No. 21 on the Transport Topics Top 100 list of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers.
