Roadrunner Files Public Offering Plan

Roadrunner Transportation Services filed a registration statement announcing its intention to sell as much as $150 million in stock through a public offering.

In the Securities and Exchange Commission filing, Roadrunner, based in Cudahy, Wis., said it would offer $130 million in stock and current shareholders would offer $20 million.

The filing was made more than a year after Roadrunner’s first filing, which signaled the company’s interest in an offering.

Roadrunner’s services include less-than-truckload, expedited, third-party logistics and specialized services.
