Stanadyne has acquired Pure Power Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of diesel fuel injectors and turbochargers headquartered in Columbia, S.C.
Terms of the deal, announced April 9, were not disclosed.
Stanadyne supplies fuel management systems and components, with an emphasis on pumping technology in diesel and high-pressure gasoline, according to the company.
Pure Power is an original equipment manufacturer of fuel, air-management and aftertreatment systems for light-, medium- and heavy-duty diesel engines. Pure Power has produced more than 30 million precision diesel fuel injectors since 1999, according to Stanadyne.
Stanadyne is headquartered in Windsor, Conn., and has facilities in the United States, Europe, United Arab Emirates, India and China. — Transport Topics
