Sysco to Use Xata’s Software
Xata Corp. said Tuesday that foodservice marketer and distributor Sysco Corp. has chosen Xata as its preferred provider of onboard fleet technology.
Xata said it will provide Sysco’s fleet with its Xatanet fleet-management technology system, starting this quarter.
Xata, Minneapolis, introduced Xatanet 4.0, the latest version of its Web-based software, in October.
Sysco Corp., which has more than 9,000 trucks in its fleet, is ranked No. 1 in the Transport Topics Private 100 listing of private fleets.
