TEC Equipment Announces New Oregon Dealership

TEC Equipment announced the opening of a truck and trailer dealership in Redmond, Ore., on Jan. 20.
The Portland, Ore.-based company described the new location as a full-service and heavy-duty facility. It will be keeping with the dozens of other locations the company operates with its large showroom and driver amenities such as truck and trailer service bays.
“The Redmond store will provide convenient access to our customers east of the Cascades, complementing our other Oregon locations in Portland, Wilsonville, Eugene and Medford,” TEC Equipment CEO David Thompson said in a statement.

The Redmond location has 10 truck service bays, two trailer service bays, a full body shop, paint booth and driver amenities. It also features a modern, all-makes parts showroom within its 26,700-square-foot facility.
TEC Equipment primarily is a truck dealership and service center, but it also offers drivers many other services, such as convenient shopping for trucking-related needs. It sells parts, fuel and insurance while offering spaces to work on trucks, collision centers and rentals.
The Redmond location also offers customers in that region parts deliveries. Mack and Volvo heavy-duty trucks are the primary vehicles being sold at the location at this point, including new and used trucks and trailers. — Transport Topics
