Telogis, AT&T Announce Fleet-Connectivity Partnership

Trucking technology provider Telogis said it is collaborating with AT&T to provide expanded connectivity services for vehicles across the globe.

Through the partnership with AT&T, Telogis is implementing a network to deliver a reliable, secure stream of data virtually anywhere in the world to support its telematics, compliance and navigation software.

The AT&T service-management platform will enable Telogis to better manage its customers’ data, devices and services, the companies said Sept. 10 in a joint announcement.

AT&T also is working with Telogis to support over-the-air updates and provide split-billing capabilities.

Telogis supplies technology to a variety of commercial-vehicle manufacturers, including Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, Hino, Isuzu, Ford and General Motors.
