The RoadStar app provides real-time visibility to the status of emergency road repair requests. Direct ChassisLink Inc. also has a mobile option to get roadside assistance.

Trac also launched EZBook 2.0 to allow customers to rent chassis on their devices in addition to the online portal previously available. DCLI doesn’t have a mobile app to rent chassis yet. Customers must make arrangements on the phone or over e-mail.

“Trac is focused on giving our customers the latest tools and technologies to address any challenges they may face on the road and provide even easier access to the high-quality equipment that they need,” CEO Keith Lovetro said. “Our RoadStar and EZBook 2.0 apps are designed to make emergency road repairs and chassis booking fast, easy and accessible using the touch screen on their mobile devices.”
