Truckstop.com, Schneider Launch ‘Book It Now’ Freight App

Truckstop.com and Schneider announced the launch of Book It Now, an app that enables booking freight with mobile devices. The launch followed a successful pilot program involving the two companies.
With the feature, Schneider is able to post, assign and tender loads directly to approved carriers. Leveraging this digital tender process, carriers are able to book loads and accept a rate confirmation, all within the Truckstop.com mobile application.

Schneider ranks No. 7 on the Transport Topics Top 100 list of the largest for-hire carriers in North America.
In a recent customer demographics survey of more than 3,500 carriers and brokers, Truckstop.com found 75% of respondents were interested in Book It Now. The survey additionally found that 70% of Truckstop.com carriers find most of their loads via the spot market. — Transport Topics
