Twin Brothers Rack Up 6 Million Safe Miles for J.B. Hunt Transport

Defying the odds, Lonny and Tommy Whitman, 54-year old twin brothers who drive for J.B. Hunt Transport have each achieved 3 million accident-free miles. They are the first drivers for the Lowell, Ark., truckload carrier to reach such a milestone.

For that accomplishment, they pocketed an identical $20,000 each.

Over the years, the brothers have each collected a total of $35,000 in cash awards from J.B. Hunt for achieving 1 million, 2 million and now 3 million miles without a reportable accident.
