Logistics firm US 1 Industries said its fourth-quarter net income was flat at $582,000, or 4 cents a share, compared with $579,000, or 4 cents, a year earlier.
Revenue slipped to $39.9 million, from $44.5 million a year earlier. Income from operations fell to $500,000, from $1.3 million the previous year.
For the full year, the company earned $3.06 million, or 21 cents per share, compared with $2.85 million, or 23 cents, in 2007.
Full-year operating revenue fell to $172.7 million from $184.7 million a year earlier.
US 1 provides financial resources, insurance and information technology to the trucking and logistics industries.
