Watch the Replay: RETOOL, a Technology and Maintenance Event
To celebrate the launch of our freshly redesigned Calibrate and iTECH magazines, Transport Topics hosted a special two-day virtual event bringing to life the same stories and reporting you can find in these quarterly publications.
RETOOL, like Calibrate and iTECH, offered attendees deep dives into the most important topics and trends within the trucking industry’s equipment and technology spheres. Watch the replay
The first day, Aug. 3, represents Calibrate and will feature the magazine’s editor, Michael Freeze, in conversation with a number of equipment and maintenance experts.
The keynote guest will be Robert Braswell, executive director at American Trucking Associations’ Technology & Maintenance Council.

“Fleet equipment and maintenance is the core of the trucking industry. Calibrate will explore the issues that maintenance executives and tech shop managers face on a day-to-day basis,” Freeze said.
The second day, Aug. 4, represents iTECH and will feature the magazine’s editor, Seth Clevenger, joined by technology experts and executives. The keynote guest will be Tom McLeod, founder and CEO of McLeod Software.
Modern trucking equipment and fleet-management technology are evolving at a rapid pace — and are increasingly overlapping. Understanding how these changes will influence business will be essential to success. That is the premise not only behind the growth of our quarterly magazines but also RETOOL.
“From the truck cab to the back office, advances in technology are transforming the way trucking companies and logistics providers manage their operations,” Clevenger said. “With our iTECH magazine, we strive to help industry executives better understand these trends and technologies as they lead their businesses into the future.”
Topics are split between the two days to cater to particular specialists or interests, but both days together offer the fullest view of the state of modern trucking.
