William Logue to Succeed Doug Duncan at FedEx Freight

FedEx Corp. said Tuesday that William Logue will succeed Doug Duncan as president of FedEx Freight, the company’s less-than-truckload division.

To smooth the transition, Logue will begin serving FedEx Freight’s president Dec. 1, and assume the role of chief executive officer of the unit upon Duncan’s retirement in February.

Logue joined FedEx Express in 1989 through the Flying Tiger acquisition and currently serves as chief operating officer of FedEx Express-U.S., where he is responsible for FedEx Express Air Operations, Air Ground and Freight Services, Central Support Services and Domestic Ground Operations divisions.
