Groendyke Transport on Aug. 19 announced a definitive agreement to acquire all the tank truck assets of Linden Bulk Transportation from Depot Connect International.

Groendyke Transport, which has operated for more than 90 years, announced Jan. 4 that Joe Morrissey has been named president.

Groendyke Transport has increased pay rates for more of its drivers as part of the second phase of a larger driver pay initiative, the company announced July 1.

Groendyke Transport Inc. has agreed to purchase the tank truck assets of McKenzie Tank Lines, a bulk carrier based in Tallahassee, Fla., for an undisclosed amount.
