Wisconsin-based Schneider National announced Oct. 30 that CEO Chris Lofgren will be retire in April and that he will be replaced by current Chief Operating Officer Mark Rourke.

Trax Technologies announced that Don Baptiste has been named CEO, replacing Scott Nelson, who will move to the post of vice chairman.
