U.S. Customs and Border Protection launched a process that allows shippers at Florida’s Port Everglades to submit original vehicle export documentation electronically in lieu of delivering physical copies to the local CBP trade office.

Cargo chartering company King Ocean Services Ltd. has entered into a vessel-sharing agreement with Crowley Caribbean Services to offer less-than-containerload service between Port Everglades, Fla., and Central America.
