Used Class 8 truck sales in February increased 23.3% compared with the same period the prior year, ACT Research reported. 

The used Class 8 sleeper market is showing signs of a rebound, said Mary Aufdemberg, president of Daimler Trucks Remarketing.

The market for used Class 8s in March continued to butt heads with a lack of inventory amid still-strong demand. Sales slipped, and prices rose.

Sales of used heavy-duty trucks in October climbed 37% from a year ago as some outlets showed signs of rebounding to post higher volumes and the average price rose slightly, ACT Research Co. reported.
