He has more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in the trucking industry and is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the American Trucking Associations.  Prior to TuSimple, Jim served as the Acting Administrator and Chief Counsel of the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

Lee White

Vice President of Strategy, TuSimple

Lee White is the Vice President of Strategy for TuSimple.  In this role, Lee leads the development of TuSimple’s Autonomous Freight Network and key industry partnerships.  Prior to TuSimple, Lee spent 35 years at UPS.  During his last assignment with UPS, Lee led several transportation technology projects including platooning autonomous trucking. 


Rob Reich

Executive Vice President, Chief Administrator Officer, Schneider 
Rob Reich is EVP and CAO at Schneider. Reich leads a wide array of enterprise shared service functions including Maintenance, Purchasing, Facilities, Driver Recruiting, Safety, and Equipment Leasing. He has served on the board of directors of the North American Council for Freight Efficiency since 2014 and has been the board chair since 2017.

Chet Ciesielski

Chester (Chet) Ciesielski is currently Vice President of the On-Highway Heavy Duty Truck Business at Navistar International Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic direction of the on-highway heavy duty truck business. With more than 28 years of experience in the truck and automotive industries at both Navistar and Ford Motor Company, Ciesielski has held various positions in design, development, manufacturing and sales.
