ABF Executive Appointed to Commerce Department Supply Chain Committee

The Department of Commerce has appointed ABF Freight executive Jevon Jamieson to its Advisory Committee on Supply Chain Competitiveness.

The ACSCC committee advises Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker on supply chain programs and policies to “strengthen the competitiveness of U.S. supply chains.”

In a letter to Jamieson, manager of administration and customs compliance for ABF, Pritzker said his “experience in the supply chain industry will be an important resource to me and to the work of the ACSCC as it advises me.”

The next meeting of the committee is June 10 at the Commerce Department in Washington.
