American Trucking Associations has added featured speakers to the Executive Summit on Technology-Driven Performance, Analytics and Answers, the federation said in a Nov. 7 announcement.
The group will be headlined by John Ellis, global technologist and head of the Ford Developer Program at Ford Motor Co., and futurist Glen Hiemstra. Also included in the Summit are trucking-industry leaders from prominent fleets and suppliers, ATA said.
“We’re very excited to keep adding to our impressive roster of speakers,” ATA President Bill Graves said in a statement. “The Summit promises to be a ‘can’t miss’ event for fleet executives interested in the future of this industry.”
Ellis and Heimstra will join speakers including Anthony Levandowski, engineering director of the Google Driverless Car project; Josh Switkes, CEO of Peloton Technology Inc.; and Chunka Mui, CEO of Devil’s Advocate Consulting Group.
The Summit will be held Dec. 4-6 at the Four Seasons Dallas at Las Colinas in Irving, Texas.
