irst vice chairman. He formerly served as one of three ATA vice chairmen.
Vernon E. Garner, president of Garner Trucking, Findlay, Ohio, was elected a vice chairman.

Mr. Dixon’s daughter, Sheila Foertsch, who is managing director of the Wyoming association, accepted a special award on his behalf.
New Vice Presidents Chris N. Bunning Jr., president of John Bunning Transfer Co., Rock Springs, Wyo., was elected a vice president at large. He had been state vice president to ATA last year.
