BlueGrace Logistics has acquired online transportation services provider FreightCenter in a move it said will expand its customer base and enhance logistics services.
The deal brings FreightCenter’s customers into BlueGrace’s transportation management platform, including its proprietary BlueShip TMS platform. The acquisition also provides FreightCenter clients access to EVOS load optimization tools, introduced through a BlueGrace acquisition in 2024, along with access to truckload and less-than-truckload services supported by its carrier network.
FreightCenter customers also will gain access to BlueGrace Managed Logistics services, designed for high-volume shippers to more efficiently handle supply chain operations.
“We’ve known and respected the team at FreightCenter for over a decade, having watched them grow and succeed every year, so it’s a great addition to our family,” BlueGrace CEO Bobby Harris said. “By integrating our advanced technology, deep industry expertise and extensive carrier network, we are committed to delivering solutions that meet their unique shipping needs.”
